For Contractors
By creating, claiming, or maintaining a listing on EVContractors.io, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide is accurate and current.
- You hold the licenses, certifications, and insurance required to perform EV charging installation in the jurisdictions where you operate.
- You will promptly update your listing if any information changes.
- You are authorized to represent the company listed.
We reserve the right to remove, modify, or suspend any listing at our sole discretion, including for inaccuracy, inactivity, or violation of these Terms.
4. Request for Quote (RFQ) Submissions
When you submit an RFQ through our platform, your project details and contact information will be shared with the contractor(s) you select or that match your project criteria. Submitting an RFQ does not create a contractual obligation between you and any contractor. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor.
5. Accounts
Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at martin@evcontractors.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on EVContractors.io — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and software — is owned by or licensed to EVContractors.io and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
